Job DescriptionREMOTE ACCOUNT MANAGERDuties and Responsibilities: Manage and support existing accounts with leasing their spaces through our marketplace (Cold-emailing/calling space owners (landlords) to generate new listings for our platform based on leads listsReview new listings and events submitted by our users and approve/decline themAnswer customer support queries through Zendesk or by email within 24 hoursForward inquiries of potential tenants to landlord and coordinating/brokering between the two partiesQualificationsUniversity/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant work experience on manager levelSeveral years of experience as a customer service agent, ideally account managerSeveral years of experience in telemarketing/salesSeveral years of experience as account manager or sales repExperience in the commercial real estate, ideally retailExperience with online tools like Google Docs, and ZendeskExcellent communication and written skillsSales oriented, Organized, FlexibleWillingness to work during European, or US East-Coast business hoursPassionate about online marketplaces and working in a high paced international environment
