We are recruiting a Senior Public
Health Officer to be based in our Yangon, Myanmar office beginning
immediately. The Senior Public Health
Officer will devise for Covid-19 Program. The Senior Public Health Officer will
report directly to the Managing Director of Myanmar and Country Manager.

and take on additional tasks and responsibilities when required. You will be
tasked to either independently manage some of the new or ongoing projects, or
work as part of a team on these initiatives.

and coordination of a Telemedicine program (focused on Covid-19 prevention,
control and treatment)
on potential outsource telemedicine services in Myanmar (technical
specifications, capacity, budget, etc.)
o Prepare telemedicine Services
Request for Proposal and agree approach with Country Manager to the different
call centers (including specific plan / timing to approach call centers)
o Organize calls/emails as needed to
obtain quotations for at least 3 of the telemedicine for the services Stonestep
o Recommend which telemedicine is
the best and why (prepare/make recommendation)
with potential existing services to improve and promote information sharing and
apply knowledge of relevant issues impacting public health, particularly in the
context of Covid-19 prevention and control
the implementation roll out of the Telemedicine service:
o Prepare / lead contracting
o Prepare / lead implementation
o Prepare/ provide KPIs and ongoing monitoring
monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that the quality of service is always
exceptional and the results/KPIs established are achieved.

● 5+ years of proven work experience
as a Public Health Officer preferably related to the prevention, treatment,
care and support.
● 2+ of Project Management Experience
working with government departments, local government, NGOs, INGOs
● A medical degree or master’s
degree in public health, health economics, health management, health social
science, social science or other related discipline is required.
