You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, design and deliver a digital marketing strategy that augments in generating successful leads through well-crafted digital marketing campaigns in order to drive revenue growth.We are also looking for a candidate who knows how to build and scale start-ups as well as someone who has experience selling B2B, as our target market is influenced by decision-makers within the hospitality industry.What You’ll DoLead the marketing function; design, develop and deploy marketing strategies that drive revenue growthIdentify growth opportunities for brand identity, positioning, and voiceDeveloping and executing online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation, etc. to drive traffic to digital channels or sitesSelf-initiate idea generation, provide inputs, and push efforts to drive the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategiesDrive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each channels' conversion and efficienciesProposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demandStreamline and elevate multi-channel digital marketing efforts to drive inbound leadsPlanning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels: community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, offline & online events, etcWorking closely across teams to share ideas, feedback & present resultsEmail Marketing Campaign Management ExpertInbound lead generation ExpertYou should apply and write to us at
