The Group wishes to appoint a new CEO to steer its next phase of sustainable growth The PositionReporting to the Group CEO and Board, the appointed individual will be challenged and empowered to continue driving company growth and profitability whilst delivering a suite of security-related services including guarding, cash-in-transit, personal security and facilities services. Leading a team of 1500+ employees across close to 200 sites and supporting high-profile local and international Clients (Private sector and NGOs), the CEO will craft strategic vision, drive business development and key account management, explore the introduction and expansion of new services and their integration whilst working closely with an experienced middle-management team, offering backgrounds within fleet logistics, armed forces/protective services, to drive operational process improvements and day-to-day deliverables. Core objectives will be to build market share, penetrate new accounts, introduce new services whilst improving margin. The PersonMost likely offering a formative background within armed forces and/or personal security, interested candidates should offer senior commercial leadership acumen within a similar security services business comprising guarding, cash management, personal security and additional integrated value-added services. This will include management of a large, dispersed workforce and a need for an energetic and entrepreneurial spirit to successfully drive new business development. Current or prior exposure to SE Asia, including its emerging markets, will also be strongly preferred.
