Reporting to the CMO, the appointed individual will enjoy a multi-faceted role designed to develop and deliver the marketing direction supported by well-crafted marketing and communication campaigns to grow and enhance the brand of the company and its Enterprise and Consumer solutions/products. The appointed individual will plan and communicate brand development decisions whilst collaborating with key internal teams (product, R&D, legal), review and formulate brand positioning strategy including digital and offline marketing and advertising campaigns, the ongoing management of marketing communication materials (sales collateral, product packaging, content, company statements, website, social media presence, apps) whilst recommending amendments to ensure alignment and consistency of brand message. There will be a concurrent requirement to manage marketing budgets whilst assessing post-campaign return on investment and/or the performance of appointed creative agencies and vendors. Additional responsibility will extend to participation in profile-raising events, speaker opportunities, CSR programmes. Naturally, there will be a requirement to devise cohesive, digitally-driven internal communications to ensure key company news and announcements are delivered to employees.
Interested candidates will offer a Degree and 8+ years Branding/Marketing Communication experience preferably secured within FMCG/Technology/Telecommunication/FinTech sectors, very strong English language proficiency and an ability to meet deadlines within a dynamic environment. The company is most interested to consider very experienced local/repatriate Myanmar nationals or experienced Expatriates already well-established in Myanmar.
