KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • First level contacts at buying and decision-making levels in agencies like Mango Media, Havas, Fulcrum and the likes.
  • First level relationship with top 3 brands in the key brand categories Telecom, Automobile, FMCG, Liquor.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts, understanding of VIU products and business model, and an understanding of the internet advertising environment.
  • Educate the market on VIU advertising solutions. Analyse data trends and client performance.
  • Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and consultative sales presentations.
  • Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of VIU products and services.
  • Have a deep understanding and ability to analyse client ROI, media buying cycles, marketing philosophy, target demographics etc.
  • Acquire and develop new advertisers.
  • Understand how VIU advertising products will assist accounts in reaching their marketing goals
  • Expand relationships by identifying products and services that best meet client needs
  • Regular face-to-face client visits to build and maintain deep-level partnership
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • MBA with 6 plus years of sales experience in a relevant industry
  • Keen sales hunter – who believes that his place is in the market meeting agency partners and clients to sell them solutions
  • Individual contributor who believes that he / she can make a difference and can get his hands dirty as deep and as often as needed while leading and motivating a team of high- performance IC’s himself.
  • Believes in the power of partnerships – be it agency relationships or sales networks to get his numbers done.
  • Languages: English is must. Speaking Myanmari is an advantage.
