It now seeks a Head of Market Planning and who will be tasked with improving the customer experience for all mobile services.
In a newly created role, the appointed individual will enjoy a role designed to transform and enhance the customer experience across all proprietary mobile services. This will include a comprehensive review of its current customer experiences whilst re-designing the interfaces to a more consistent and easy-to-use service offering that will deliver optimal user experience. The appointed individual will also define supporting marketing strategy and direction for new product launches while keeping the business informed on trends through data analytics and customer insights whilst overseeing marketing campaigns and promotional developments in traditional and digital platforms. Aside from transformation management, new product launches, marketing planning and implementation, there will be a need for detailed financial measurement and analysis of results.

Interested candidates will offer a Degree and 10+ years Marketing experience or a Masters’ and 5+ years’ experience and which should include exposure to telecommunication/mobile operations and strategy preferably gained within a Big 4 Consultancy environment and with a demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in an agile, fast-paced manner complete with commercial/financial analysis. In addition, interested candidates must offer outstanding bi-lingual Burmese and English proficiency, very strong personal and professional ethics and an ability to operate meet deadlines whilst under pressure within a complex environment. The company is most interested to consider very experienced local candidates and/or highly experienced repatriate Myanmar nationals offering international experience.
The successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package consisting of base salary (circa 5m MMK), bonus and other exceptional benefits.
