- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Manage staff schedules, staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, monitoring;
- Define and manage the tasks, roles and responsibilities of the customer teams.
- University degree
- At least 1-2 years experience in managing a team of at least 10 people in a BPO setup
- Subject Matter Expert for 2 years will be considered as well.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
