Key Objectives

• deliver sales revenue targets through team-based selling
• to support qualification of initial leads and determine appropriate bid team
• own bid lifecycle for smaller bids whilst contributing to larger bids
• to lead / support complex and outside the norm customer bid opportunities and customer RFP responses - leading to the client to choose the organisation as their preferred partner
• act as a quality assurance on proposals documents and presentations written by less experienced team members
• to be part of the initial project delivery team in order to architect the solution design and de-risk the project
• to build strong industry / partner relationship
• to develop own skills set to maintain ‘thought leadership’ status in customer’s and peers eyes

• lead the preparation and delivery of sales proposals and presentations of SAP systems across various industries with relevant S/4Hana experience

• oversee portfolio of bids - with the ability to successfully multi-task without over committing
• ability to organise and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations

• lead functional architecture in complex SAP environments
• manages design workshops on multiple area of expertise
• ability to develop methods and tools and contribute to Solution Team strategy

Key Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least more than 10 years of experience in relevant area
• Very good knowledge / experience in SAP solutions and architecture including S/4Hana experience
• Strong SAP implementation and presales cum solutioning experience
• Strong team player and leader as appropriate
• Excellent communication skills both with clients and internal stakeholders
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Good Logical and Analytical skills
• Structured approach to problem-solving
