  • Responsibilities:

    The role works directly with the line of business partners to ensure the customer is reviewing accurate and compliant content. The incumbent is responsible for completing all operational steps from start to finish including, securing SME, Legal, and Compliance approvals and making updates before the expiration date of the digital asset. The entire process requires coordination to meet SLA requirements, attention to detail to maintain required books and records, and confidence to explain the process to stakeholders and hold them accountable to complete the work. English typically requires 60 days to complete while Spanish is around 90 days. During this time, the team member will have multiple reviews in different phases of the process. Therefore, being task oriented, organized, and providing timely follow-up are required skills of the employee we seek for this position.

  • Maintain and manage inventory of digital content (English and Spanish depending on the line of business), including creation and management of the calendar when content needs to be reviewed.
  • Learn the MDCR process and other key policies to be confident in educating stakeholders on the requirements of content review.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem solving when stakeholders push back on key date deliverables.
  • Drive content review activities in partnership with other stakeholders to meet deadlines outlined in the inventory spreadsheet.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of content prior to the legal and compliance review.
  • Manage the legal and compliance review process. Track and process legal and compliance reviews across several platforms within Wells Fargo.
  • Engage legal and compliance to reconcile comments when needed to determine the appropriate disclosures or clarify comments.
  • Navigate workflow tools to complete the review and remediation process.
  • Communicate with the content authors to successfully publish changes on time according to the inventory tracker dates.
  • Coordinate remediation activities and update websites with the appropriate business partners.
  • Ensure proper tracking and archiving of all artifacts in the correct record retention repository.
  • Escalate problems to a manager in a timely manner.

  • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable school or university
  • At least 3 years in digital product or marketing development, design, user experience, front-end development, or content strategy
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS development, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Experience reviewing design documents to provide accessibility requirements to development teams
  • Intermediate understanding of coding languages
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
  • Strong passion for accessibility & the ability to serve as a strong advocate for this group of users
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a cross-functional environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0/2.1 and conducting accessibility testing with a variety of tools including, but not limited to, automated checkers (axe, WAVE, etc.), desktop screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, etc.), mobile screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack), high contrast mode, and keyboard only is a big plus
  • Must be amenable to work night shift (8PM to 5AM Philippine Time)
