The Account-Based Marketer is responsible for empowering our business development team by supporting them with utilising customer personas and segmentation to create campaigns with the goal of converting leads into accounts.
This role is integral to the success of our business development team, by letting them focus on nurturing existing relationships and growing the community of leaders.
Responsibilities
- Creation and updates to our customer personas for our leads and accounts
- Management of our customer segmentation infrastructure hosted on our CRM, inclusive of data input and management
- Management of tracking events on our CRM for various touch-points our leads have with our ecosystem
- Ideation and execution of regular omni-channel campaigns to achieve targets for cold leads and cold account conversion
- Work with Acquisition and Accounts pods to provide insights and ideas to grow our accounts pipeline.
About you
Must haves
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Track record of building end-to-end email campaigns that drive business outcomes
- Experience building and managing marketing customer personas
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Interest in learning new tools and technology independently to solve problems
- Passionate about working with tech startups in Southeast Asia and India
- Global experience (lived, studied, or worked abroad from your home country)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in EduTech or tech startups in Southeast Asia
- Basic coding knowledge to setup marketing tracking events
- Remote work experience
- B2B sales and marketing experience
