An Account Executive acts as the first point of contact with existing customers, answering their queries and increasing client satisfaction. When assigned to a client, you need to have a complete understanding of their brand that includes logos, fonts, colors, and their design/advertising history.
If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, this job is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.
Communicating with Clients -
To be a middle-man, translator, messenger and a guide to selected Clients for the Agency. This is done by communicating with the client via phone and messaging apps. You would then communicate this information towards your team and if needed, write a brief.
Facebook Marketing -
Have a basic understanding in Facebook management that would include, Admin Posting, Boosting Post, Checking page data and the Business Suite. You would then create and test advertisements. Have a basic understanding in Social Media Data Analysis and optimization. You would then need to study new trends and pop culture of the market that would allow you to have continual learning and personal development.
Social Account Management - Up to 4 Clients
At the end of every month of an Account, you would create a Month in review Report of your assigned social media account.
Manage and Organizing Projects -
Projects can consist of TV Commercial, Radio, Branding, Social Media, Design works, Events, and Campaigns. You would be tasked to manage individual project’s brief, Client feedbacks, Timeline, deadlines, Asset Management, Production Management, Talent Management and Exported media.
Briefing and Communicating with the Team -
Since you are in charge of the timeline of a project, you would also be in charge of knowing the process of which the team is on. Stages like writing the brief, sending artworks to the client and Finalizing the project, would direct you to working with the Creative Team as well as Finance.
Brainstorming and Research -
At the start of any projects or Pitches, you would be tasked to gather information on any beneficial research on said Project or Pitch of a Brand and Target Audience.
