Be part of this US-based business with a simple mission: to find real estate professionals to avail of the Company’s lead-generation service. This service helps to make the lives of the Company’s clients less stressful, their businesses more predictable, and growth easily attainable.
The Account Executive will be responsible for moving sales leads (provided) through a low-pressure sales process and converting real estate professionals into paying customers. The sales process is very simple and is proven to be effective. You will use the Company’s CRM and provide helpful responses to leads who are curious about the Company’s service and encourage them to start a $2 trial. Once the trial is nearly finished, you will check-in with the client to see how their experience has been and encourage them to continue on beyond the trial, as a fully paid client. You will then check-in with fully paid clients from time-to-time, respond to support requests, and generally try to ensure that the client has a wonderful experience using the service.
Duties And Responsibilities
Using the Company’s CRM (High Level) and support ticketing system (Fresh desk) to respond to i nbound questions
Following-up via phone with potential clients to check-in and answer questions
Building friendly relationships with the Company’s clients and be their main point of contact with the company
Setting up new client accounts in the Company’s system
Requirements Be extremely fluent and natural in English
Have a fast and reliable home Internet connection
Have at least 2 years of experience in an inside or remote sales role
Have a friendly, helpful and outgoing personality
Be highly dependable
Be willing to learn quickly
An understanding of how the residential real estate industry works in the USA would be helpful but not required
20-40 hours per week during US business hours
Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm Pacific time (12am- 8am Philippines time)
Compensation will be a negotiable monthly base pay plus a recurring $10 USD every month for each client you bring beyond the trial period and continue servicing for as long as you work for the Company.
