Job Overview

Account management executive acts as primary point of contact for the existing clients and build long lasting relationship. Account Management executive ensures that client needs are understood and satisfied. Account Manager will handle requests from existing clients.

Responsibilities and Authorities

Client Relationship:

·        Develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts 

·        Develop network and contacts within customer organization

·        Collect all client information within the CRM, including customers contacts details, opportunities, proposals, meeting reports, account risks, events 

·        Develop network and deep understanding of the stakeholders within the client organization 

·        Assess customer risks and anticipate bottlenecks 

·        Improve the overall customer experience, including claims and complaints management  

·        Coordinate with Exera Operations teams share account information in a timely manner  

 Internal sales: 

·        Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients  

·        Collaborate with Exera subject expert matter to introduce new products to customers 

·        Strive to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client 

·        Coordinate with Tender Manager to make sure proposals are prepared on time, as per customer requirements, and as per Exera terms and conditions and acceptable margin level 

·        Lead negotiation with customers about the offers including prices and contractual terms within Exera acceptable boundaries  

·        Lead the coordination of the hand over process across the other department within Exera organization

Qualification and Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services
  • Stellar customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to identify solutions for the clients 

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

·        Preparing Power Point presentations or similar 

·        Building relationships  

·        Negotiating skills 

·        Experience with CRM software would be an advantage  

·        Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work 

·        Problem-solving skills 

·        Ability to think strategically 


  • Regular travels to visit customers


Minimum Bachelor Degree in sales or business administration

Working Experience

Minimum 3 years

Language Skills

Must be excellent in written and verbal English and Burmese
