Enterprise Sales Manager 

At BeNext, we are looking to add dynamic and driven enterprise sales professionals to our global team as a part of our rapidly growing new product in the edu-tech space. We are looking for Enterprise Sales professionals with hands-on expertise in B2B/Enterprise sales with a good understanding of the corporate learning ecosystem.

BeNext is a proprietary cohort-based digital learning platform that offers five-week journeys which combine live and asynchronous experiences for a closed professional peer group. BeNext offers real-time, active skill development with practical insights and assignments and has certified over 5,000 professionals from 46 countries. HRCI USA and IHRP Singapore have accredited BeNext Programs.

This role can be the launch pad of your career as our learning platform BeNext is expanding globally after making a huge impact in India and ASEAN regions. Today we engage with top business leaders across geographies; we know that our global scale will come from our digital product innovation and enterprise sales.

What will you be responsible for?

  • $10,000 to $15,000 of business closure monthly
  • Focusing on adding enterprise accounts to the portfolio
  • Aggressively prospect, identify and develop Enterprise sales pipeline 
  • Enhance existing business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.

What will make you successful in this role?

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of training and learning solutions, with solid connections with decision-makers
  • Consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management
  • Energetic, upbeat, a tenacious team member with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (we use Hubspot)What’s in it for you?
