As a member of the o9 alliance team you are responsible for the execution, day-to-day management and continuously connecting with both our partner contacts and o9 sales on developing account opportunities. You will do this by maintaining a network of partner contacts and ensure a seamless cooperation with partners by providing them with the latest collateral, information and ensure we are connected at all key initiatives and events.. You will work closely with the Alliance lead and the rest of the Alliance team as well as business stakeholders such as sales, business development, senior executives, presales and others. You will help execute go-to-market campaigns and continuously expand and educate our partner network. Key metrics include contribution to the sales pipeline, the number of account introductions and maintaining best-in-class sales and marketing assets available for our partner(s).

What you’ll do for us…

  • Maintain relationships with partner contacts and drive the joint governance model
  • Maintain and expand partner contact networks and work closely with internal teams to identify and expand networks. 
  • Represent o9 and evangelize our partners and their sellers on our vision, mission and propositions
  • Coordinate and manage go-to-market programs
  • Conduct introductory and second level training and demos for our Partners, their Industry/Client Leads and Teams. 
  • Develop joint proposals, project plans and offerings for prospects and partners. 
  • Gain thorough knowledge about the o9 platform and its value. 
  • Visit partners and attend events

 What you’ll have…

  • Experience: 2+ years of Supply Chain and Operations experience is a MUST.
  • 5+ years of experience with Sales, Project Management, and/or Consulting Firm experience
  • Education: Master’s degree required, EMBA a plus
  • Skills: Proficient use of MS Office package, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
  • Characteristics: You have a true passion for process transformation and end to end planning & forecasting and a strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal & relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally

  • You’ll be contacted by our recruiter, who’ll fill you in on all things o9, give you some background about the role and get to know you. They’ll contact you either via video call or phone call - whatever you prefer.
  • During the interview phase, you will meet with the Hiring Manager for 30 minutes. The recruiter will contact you after the interview to let you know if we’d like to progress your application.
