Assistant HR Manager (1) Post

Key Area of Accountabilities

  • Facilitate HR related personal affairs
  • Perform necessary arrangements for staff uniform, staff ID card and office equipment
  • Cooperate with other managers for solving problems regarding HR related issues of staff from various departments
  • Ensure the company rules and regulations are followed by all staff and arrange necessary actions to be taken
  • Perform necessary tasks and procedures for assigning permanent employment
  • Prepare and maintain requirements for Quality Management System
  • Prepare to explain ISO auditors about the HR Department’s roles and responsibilities in accordance with Quality Management System
  • Perform required tasks and responsibilities on findings of internal auditors and ISO
    auditors in a timely manner
  • Train and supervise the payroll staffs to be acknowledged to specified SOPs and processes and also train to other related departments in order to comply with specified SOPs and its requirements
  • Facilitate approval procedure for staff recruitment
  • Facilitate exit interviews for resigned staff and proceed the approval procedure
  • Facilitate required approval procedure for staff promotion, demotion, transfer, salary increment and or deduction
  • Facilitate approval procedure for staffs’ quarterly bonus and yearly bonus
  • Issue internal HR related office memorandum, instructions, notices and announcements(transfer, promotion, demotion, etc.)
  • Facilitate new staff orientation, introduction to company’s rules and regulations, and induction training program
  • Facilitate in solving HR related problems and issues of staff from all departments and proceed to management

Skills Or Competencies Requirements

  • Good interpersonal communication skills and cooperation with internal/external staff for HR related issues
  • Good negotiation skills and constructive approach
  • Good understanding and performing SOPs for Quality Management System

Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Graduate, HR Diploma or relevant degree holder
  • At least three years working experience in HR related fields
  • Good proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
