Job Responsibilities;

  • Leads the coordination, drive transparency and consistency of planning processes (forecast and budget). Understands and
  • challenge result and forms assumptions going forward.
  • Provide business insights according to agreed timings and formats – in the form of management reporting internal, regional, head
  • quarter, and shareholders - as well as ad hoc analysis.
  • Provides reliable & actionable information and/or solutions and drives decision taking (i.e. NPD business case, pricing strategy, brand, SKU, pack-type profitability)
  • Capex Control and validation of cost reduction programs including continuous improvement programs )
  • Leads the design and development efforts to address new information sources and region reporting requirements.
  • Monitor working capital and drive optimization initiatives

Educational / Qualifications requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economic, preferable major in accounting
  • Must be able to speak fluently in both English and Myanmar languages
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
  • High level of accuracy
  • Attentions to detail
  • Previous Experience Requirements:
  • Must have minimum of 8 – 10 years experiences at managerial role
  • Must have experiences 3 – 5 years in financial planning and forecasting in consumer goods company
  • Must have understanding of KPIs and target
  • Must have solid knowledge of Accounting understanding the Trial Balance, debits and credits of accounting treatment for Chart of Accounts
  • Behaviors that an applicant must possess to be successful in this role

  • Can work well under pressure
  • Can effectively manage the team of direct reports
