Job Detail

  • Supervise and monitor the purchasing section to purchase requested materials in right time and right cost.
  • Responsible for purchasing team to implement and achieve the organization’s objectives.
  • Build supplier relationship and evaluate the suppliers’ performance
  • Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers. 
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, existing suppliers, and build and maintain good relationships with them.
  • Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring their delivery progress and check the quality of service provided. 
  • Buy the requested equipment, goods and services for company with the competitive prices. 
  • Process payments and invoices comply with the financial procedures 
  • Keep contract files and using them as reference.
  • Train and supervise the work of the purchasing staff. 
  • Track good suppliers with good quality and preferential price.
  • Coordinate with requested department to confirm sample and order information
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent and preferable supply chain management certificate/diploma
  • Minimum 3 years for related purchasing experience
  • Preferable age between 30 and 45
  • Good command in English skills
