Reporting to    : Head of Wealth Banking and Branch Manager
Responsible for    : Business Development / Relationship Portfolio Management
This position is responsible for overall Wealth Customers Segment acquisition programs and segment related product marketing including Secured Loans.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and drive strategic business plans to strongly position and achieve KPI of MAB Wealth Segment Business and gain market share in
  respective regions
- Responsible for new customer acquisition and penetration into existing customer base
- Provide accurate financial advisory services to existing bank customers through referrals from wealth banking channels
- Formulating and executing business plans to ensure that your team meets the bank’s professional sales and service standards through
  providing quality service and exhibiting operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with Head of Wealth Segment, Head of Branch Manager and Product Owners to plan, develop and implement marketing
  programs (customer seminars and gifting ,etc )that drive customer acquisitions
- Drive initiatives to further improve customers' engagement and experience (Research and measure target customers' experience ,
  engagement and loyalty)
- Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits
- Conduct necessary trainings, guidance and support (Sales and customer service, etc) to the respective team member
- Responsible to perform credit analyses and prepare credit reviews for customers
- Weekly report to the Head of Wealth Segment and Branch Manager the status of Business Leads, Customer Complaints and Pending Issues in
  respect of the clients

Job Requirements
:
-  Recognized university degree in Banking , Business Management , or a related discipline with minimum 4 years of related experience in this
   field
-  Possess in-depth products distribution knowledge (will provide product training)
-  Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
-  Strong team player as well as work independently with effective communication and interpersonal skills
-  Sales personnel with consistent track records preferred
-  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-  Good verbal and written communications skills (English is a must)
-  Proven sales experience in a client relationship within corporate banking
-  Strong knowledge of financial costing, P&L management and business marketing strategies and techniques
-  Ability to work under pressure, with strong self - motivation
