We have a great opportunity for a talented and self-motivated Associate Director / Senior Manager for Employer Branding & Career Attraction to join NCS. As Associate Director / Senior Manager for Employer Branding & Career Attraction, you will need to understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy for outreach activities and branding events, by applying best practices and approaches from brand marketing, digital media and communications. 

 

You will be a critical partner to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team where you build talent pipelines together with TA to attract the best talent for the organisation.

As a Associate Director for Talent Attraction & Employer Branding, you will need to understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy for outreach activities and branding events, by applying best practices and approaches from brand marketing, digital media and communications.

 

You will be a critical partner to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team where you build talent pipelines together with TA to attract the best talent for the organisation.

 

Key mandates: 

1.   PLAN. - Develop recruitment strategies and plans, recruitment demand planning and budgeting.

2.   BUILD. - Build recruitment brand and EVP in the market

3.   BUILD. - Build and run the recruitment piplelines in IHLs and other mid-career recruitment pools, including managing internships, traineeships, scholarships etc.

4.   EXECUTE - Develop and run recruitment events and initiates.

5.   MONITOR - Develop and run recruitment analytics and dashboards to drive recruitment effectiveness and quality

 

Other Key deliverables:

·        Be experimenting & creative in expanding the company’s presence & outreach to develop a talent pipeline growth

·        Develop communication campaigns to promote and communicate the employee value proposition and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels. This will also include managing Glassdoor reviews

·        Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors’ programme through creating, uncovering, and articulating personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.

·        Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and constantly seeks opportunities to improve the initiatives. Additionally, to provide feedback of these results to stakeholders.

 

The ideal profile should have / be:

·        Degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline

·        Preferably with minimum 8 years of working experience in recruitment and human resource running employer branding initiatives

·        Good knowledge and understanding of employment value proposition, talent attraction and acquisition

·        Results-oriented, can-do attitude with energy and able to deliver in a very fast-paced environment, matrix setup and working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholder

·        Ability to plan, work independently and possess strong presentation and written skills

·        Ability to manage and track programme outcomes, budget and timeline to ensure compliance with projected plans
