Join Us. We are seeking an Associate Learning Designer to help create awesome experiential learning programs which help people build skills for the future of work.

About The Role

As an Associate Learning Designer you will support the design, development, maintenance and performance of a range of experiential learning programs as part of the Global Design team. In this role you work in partnership with a Senior Learning Designer to communicate with internal and external teams, supporting a diverse range of programs to deliver successful outcomes. About You

You are a passionate and adaptable learning practitioner who thrives in an innovative and agile working environment, quickly adapting to change and eager to contribute to the team’s success. You are a ‘digital native’ comfortable with learning and using new technologies. You enjoy the challenge and process of supporting a multitude of exciting projects; from initial client design meetings through to creation and performance monitoring of digital experiential learning programs. You have a keen interest in learning design, EdTech and/or experiential learning and you’re looking to develop and be challenged!

Scope of role:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client programs
  • Support the management of multiple projects
  • Support the design, development, and evaluation of excellent experiential learning programs based on best learning pedagogy
  • Build and configure programs on our award-winning learning platform
  • Create and evaluate learning content and instructional materials that support the achievement of learning outcomes
  • Data driven customer experience monitoring and evaluation

The ideal candidate

You Should Have The Following Experience And Credentials

  • 2+ years in learning/instructional design experience and/ or teaching
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated proficiency with education technology… we’re an edtech company, did we mention that?
  • Experience in client-facing roles and making customers happy
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong, demonstrated understanding of adult learning theories/andragogy
  • Experience in content development and content management is an asset

Benefits 5. Laptop provided after 30 days

  • Monthly Salary: Php 50,000
  • Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on 1st and 16th of each month
  • You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  • Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days sick leave
  • 13th Month Pay
  • Permanent work from home role. You will have to use your own internet.
  • Shift times: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday
