Indigo Energy’s mission is to develop, build, and operate high-quality solar projects. Based in Myanmar from 2012, Indigo Energy has evolved over time. The first phase was focused on rural electrification, the second phase on commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop solar, and the most recent (i.e. Indigo Energy 3.0) on outsourced engineering services around solar.
Indigo Energy is seeking a bookkeeper & admin assistant to handle office expenses, invoicing, receiving payment and assist the Admin Team.
Input and manage all expenses with Google Sheets and Xero
Prepare and send invoices
Prepare bill payments in Xero and in KBZ mobile banking
Reconcile transactions between Xero and KBZ mobile banking
Prepare basic financial reports using accounting software
Assist in admin tasks such as ordering office supplies, find suppliers/service provider as needed, make phone calls, etc
Prepare meeting agenda and taking meeting minutes
Takes initiative and responsibility
Detail oriented, pays attention to detail
Can actually work under pressure
Admin/accounting background preferred, but not required
