Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver on KPIs relating to new category launches and support the Group Marketing Director
- Co-Development of market and category understanding, possible innovation with white space, and business case development
- Develop and coordinate a full market research program to validate alternative innovation ideas for launch readiness with a rolling 12-18 month window
- Analyze broad market trends, local consumer insights, 3rd party information and competitor movements to help refine growth strategies in innovation and category development in liaison with
the knowledge and insight manager
- Drive assigned innovation projects cross-functionally to Commercial readiness, in line with the overall Category ambition.
- Manage key relations with R&D and the NPD team
- Coach and develop an Assistant Innovation Manager
Requirements
- Age between 28-35 years
- Good command of English and excellent communication skills
- Preferably Bachelor Degree ideally in Business Administration, major in Marketing or Bachelor of Arts with a major in Communications
- High level of proficiency in Excel, project management software is a bonus
- Team player and culturally adaptable
- Has a passion on leading and developing others
