: Marketing Manager/ Marketing Head: Myanmar
To drive marketing initiatives in Myanmar, starting with a successful launch, followed by scale-up of brands to establish a successful franchise in the country.
Academic Background and Experience:
o 8-10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with minimum 5 years spent in Brand Management. Should have handled the complete gamut of marketing activities in Myanmar
o Should have experience of making and managing brand P&Ls o MBBS / B. Pharm / Science Graduate (MBA degree preferred)
Responsibilities would include:
o Develop and institutionalize brand planning process and new product launch framework across Myanmar.
o Work closely with the Central marketing team, Group Country Head, and Country Manager/NSM to develop robust and cost-effective marketing initiatives for mega brands and new product launches.
o Provide appropriate direction for effective implementation of planned launch strategy and promotional initiatives.
o Drive new product ideation for expansion of the brand franchise. Conduct Primary & secondary research to explore opportunities for new brand creation in existing TAs and identify new categories to enter.
o Develop a performance matrix /KPIs to measure impact, reports results, and adjust plans accordingly.
