Job Detail:

  • Launch and grow TDG’s AgriTech business in the country by working closely with local partners and customers to market and implement solutions
  • Develop Digital Agriculture (AgriTech) sales plan and selling motion by connecting to relevant customers and partners
  • Work directly with TDG technology team to align with the overall company plan and drive revenue growth in local market
  • Identify early adopter customers and aggressively push entry into local market
  • Develop necessary sales and marketing materials and build a strong sales pipeline funnel
  • Create strong visiting and engagement plan, as well as potential events for marketing purposes
  • Develop pricing strategies and campaigns
  • Communicate customer pain points and requirements back to product development teams along with ideas for new innovations
  • Acquire new customers across different segments to grow market share


Qualification:

  • Agriculture Graduate Degree: Veterinary (Thú y) or Animal Breeding (Chăn nuôi) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant B2B technical sales for customers in the agriculture sector (livestock, and/or aquaculture)
  • Direct experience in working with customers and partners to create key customers’ requirements with ability to advocate products and solution benefits to serve those requirements
  • Proven ability to formulate business case for customer
  • Good understanding of digital technologies (e.g. IoT, cloud, analytics, connectivity, etc.) and how such technologies can / have helped customers in the agriculture sector
  • Ability to foresee potential opportunities in applying digital technologies in agriculture across different segments (livestock, crops, plantations, and aquaculture for both large and small scales)
  • High skill for negotiation and managing customer expectations
  • Experience engaging with cross-functional teams to connect the solution to be ready for market
  • Good understanding of the sales rhythm, forecast, closing project and accuracy of business growth with ability to develop long term working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work with technical product teams to successfully implement solutions at customer site(s)
  • Good sales and technical presentation skills, has ability to develop necessary presentation materials to communicate both internally and externally
  • Service minded and a team player mindset to support various team members to achieve company goals
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites (typically away from city centers)
  • Comfortable with corporate processes
  • Good written and spoken Vietnamese and English (nice to have, basic English communication is also acceptable)
