Qualifications & Competencies                                                      

  • Graduate, preferably in the fields of Customer Service.
  • Other relevant qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum (1) years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Proficiency in English Language.


Job Descriptions

  •  Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Manage and Update customer databases.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  •  Follow-up on customer calls.
