Serve as the liaison between Sales, SI, Users and L3/Engineering department
Provide sales engineering support and consultation to sales for existing client upgrades or expansion.
Communicate product issues with Sales, PM, SI and user.
Observe sales related operations in order to identify, document, and share improved processes and procedures.
Implement improved processes and procedures.
Work closely with Product Management & Engineering for product changes/enhancements/EOL replacement.
Participate in the oversight of complex client install projects to ensure the promised solutions are deployed.
Keep apprised of and share the status of complex client installs to Sales. Travelling to site required.
Coordinate pre and post client install/product issues with the appropriate departments as they occur.
Offering after-sales support services / SSA-sales process and migration framework for P2000/CCURE800
Coordination of certification offerings to SI/Users/Installers.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education (Pre-sales backup, main job scope will be Post –sales related).
Monitor customer support/L2 for technical solutions implemented, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential customer satisfaction threats or competitor activity.
