About the job

  • Newly created role with regional exposure; you will have the option to work in flexible locations to suit your lifestyle
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a start-up while building your understanding and connections of what it’s like to work inside a Fortune 500 company
  • Make impact to our team and clients from day 1 and shape your own career

At PACT, we develop tailored communications strategies to help our clients and their employees share inspiring stories with the world so that companies can deliver everything their customers expect from them. Are you ready to unleash your diverse thinking, marketing experience and adaptable nature with PACT?

We’re looking for a Client Manager, Marketing Communications who is eager to take charge of marketing campaigns for our growing team and our corporate clients - which include multinational corporations, global investment banks, and leading technology companies – as we work to change the way they attract talent and deliver customer promises.

No one day looks the same here – you might be launching innovative regional campus marketing campaigns, attending industry events to build your own presence, or developing content for our social media channels.

You’ll need to be quick-to-learn with great attention to detail. Once you’ve got to grips with what we do, we’ll look to you to bring fresh ideas to the table, solve client requests with your own insights and eventually manage clients of your own.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who thrives with new challenges and have high self-initiation. It’s a role where you get to learn about the HR & communications practices of different businesses and help companies articulate their values and stories.

What you’ll need:

To apply, please submit your CV alongside a short video clip (no more than 3 minutes) or a written statement (no more than 250 words) on why you are the best fit for this role.

  • A bachelor’s degree from any disciplines with 2-5 years of work experience for marketing agencies, or have a recruitment background and keen to develop your skills in employer branding & internal communications
  • Hands-on experience in creating content, whether it be social media posts, newsletters, blog posts, videos or podcasts
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to influence decision makers
  • A top-notch creative communicator and ready to roll up your sleeves to manage campaigns independently and as a member of a tightknit team
  • Ambition, eagerness to get things done, and the desire to listen to feedback and improve your skills
  • The right attitude towards a sense of urgency with client requests, and the ambiguity that comes with working in the ever-changing marketing world
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (A must). A good understanding of Japanese would be highly advantageous

Our fantastic benefits include:

  • We value diversity and you will have the option to work in flexible locations (in a co-working space, remote, or hybrid) to suit your lifestyle
  • The chance to work with global organisations, alongside our founders and experienced creative associates
  • We’re a big fan of personal development, and prefer to home-grow leaders and offer great flexibility for employees to shape their own career
  • We work hard and play hard. We not only offer generous paid leave but also value your time outside of work
  • If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can rock the role, still submit your application, or reach out to [email protected] for a quick discussion.

Does this sound like you? Well then, we’d love to speak with you.

To apply, please submit your CV alongside a short video clip (no more than 3 minutes) or a written statement (no more than 250 words) on why you are the best fit for this role.

Eligible candidates should have an existing right to work in Hong Kong or Singapore.
