We are looking for a qualified Community Content Executive to work closely with the Content Manager and Lead Strategist to create, manage, and grow content in our communities!

If you are a self-driven and ambitious marketing professional, we would love to meet you! The ideal candidate is experienced in social media, especially in managing Facebook Group communities, PR and promotional online events like webinars.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

  • Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies by building a social media content calendar
  • Produce engaging text, image and video content for all social media accounts
  • Manage all social media accounts by posting content (based on the content calendar schedule), answering inquiries, comment moderation and getting more social media reviews
  • Manage our eCommerce Email Lab Facebook Group: including comment moderation, regular content postings, and engaging in conversations
  • Come up with content topics and create a content calendar for the eCommerce Email Lab Facebook Group
  • Work with the Content Manager to organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Work closely with the Content Manager in ensuring that all content pieces meet the company’s writing & branding guidelines
  • Regularly support the Content team’s content production: including but not limited to landing pages, blog articles, eBooks, company case studies, email content, advertisement campaign and slide decks
  • Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility


Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in Content Writing or Digital Marketing
  • At least 1 year of experience in Community Management
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role
  • Strong understanding with SEO guidelines
  • Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing
  • Hands-on experience with social media management
  • Experience across B2B and B2C marketing industries
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Knowledge and/or background in using Wordpress
  • Ability to work independently but collaborate effectively in a team environment
