We need 3+ years demonstrated community and social management experience in an online community. Should have Chinese-Verbal/Writing Skills.

  • Experienced and dynamic individual who can manage Autodesk Community in simplified Chinese.
  • A passion for community management, connecting customers to their peers, and the expertise they need
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Knowledge in Autodesk products or one of the industries of Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Design & Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment or AutoCAD & Subscription management is a plus
  • It is a highly engaged and hands-on role focusing on community engagement and growth, mainly for the market in China but not limited to. It will involve close collaboration in English with Community Managers in Asia, the US, Europe to drive engagement globally, reporting to the Senior Community Manager in Japan.

At a high level, you will be:

  • Helping customers tap into the community to increase engagement on multiple channels, including our forums, idea stations, user groups, and social media platforms
  • Welcoming new members, encouraging existing members, and showing the value of the community
  • Facilitating the resolution of customer support issues and providing links to relevant content
  • Building relationships on all our channels (forums, social media, user groups, etc.), meeting and engaging our customers wherever they are

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage and participate in the community channels daily
  • Provide a safe and engaging Community environment by monitoring the members' adherence to the Community Guidelines and moderate as needed.
  • Assist customers with getting the answers to their questions
  • Identify community super users/advocates internally and externally to increase the engagements and contributions/contents
  • Run the Community program operation for in-scope language
  • Represent Autodesk Community at the local events
  • Organize and execute online/offline events as required
  • Use metrics to monitor community health, report the success and analyze insights

Expected Skills and Experience

  • Preferably minimum of 3+ years demonstrated community and social management experience in an online community
  • Knowledge of Forums, Social Networks and User Groups and when to leverage o Autodesk product knowledge/experience is a plus
  • Native level simplified Chinese in both writing and speaking
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in a personable yet professional tone.
