We're looking for a Community Lead with a growth mindset and dedication to continuous learning to join our fast-growing global community team. In this role you'll have the opportunity to further the mission of making mentorship accessible for every corner of the world.

The Community Lead serves as a pivotal member of the Mentor Engagement Team and is responsible for building trusted relationships with our current network of Mentors. The Community Lead reports to the Community Manager, and is critical to our overall strategic growth and success.

What you will do:

  • Attend community engagement events/meetups to network and build sustainable relationships with mentors
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our mentors through online engagement to help accelerate growth
  • Build initiatives and programs to encourage collaboration and empower mentors to broaden and deepen the community network
  • Track and report engagement metrics and interpret key analytics
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives in support of community strategy
  • Support all event operations for mentors-exclusive series and mentors-led group sessions (e.g. source speakers, prepare promotional materials, engage with audience live)
  • Manage team of Mentor Engagement Volunteers to support day-to-day operations

What will set you apart:

  • Experience in community engagement and/or relationship management is a plus
  • Commitment to equity and equal opportunity for underserved communities
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills, and attention to details
  • Self-directed and independent, but can also collaborate with others
  • Proficient in Slack, Notion, and Asana
