We are looking for a talented professional with passion for customer service to work with our international eCommerce customer and their online customer support. This will be a remote position, so you get to work from home - yet still be a part of the amazingly proficient and global BrandBastion team!

- Process and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Problem-solving customer issues
- Choose and implement the best solution to fix the problem
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide the best customer experience
If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need these skills or experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Marketing or English language)
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
- Great attention to detail and high work moral
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Flexible schedule: we provide 24/7 support for the customer
- Ability to work independently in a team environment (this is a remote position)
- Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
- Fluency in German, Italian, French and/or Spanish is considered an advantage
