We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a passion for providing assistance and excellent customer experience through our diverse communication channels.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide excellent customer service by being emphatic and professional in every interaction.
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
• Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
Here’s what we are looking for:
• 1+ years of experience in customer service. (Desirable)
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the telehealth industry (Desirable).
• Advanced English & Chinese.
• Must have good internet speed.
• Must be flexible.
