Our growing team is looking for remote Customer Service Agents to help us continue to serve clients as the leading provider of private lessons in North America.

You'll be trained on how to do this, start as a CS assistant, and slowly work your way up.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective CS calls to improve client experience. You will work cross-functionally to understand client needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Interviewing New Teachers
• Ensuring Student Happiness
• Handling Student Complaints
• Initiating 10-20 phone calls each day in USA
• Writing 2-5 SMS' and emails each day
• Attending company Zoom meetings and speaking in front of 5-15 other reps

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Professional appearance, dress, and presentation abilities
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent "soft skills" and western cultural etiquette
• Excellent time management skills
