Job Description:

  • Monitor inbound and outbound call and digital responses and performance of agents to maximize quality of service
  • Participate in developing, creating and implementing call center quality processes and procedures.
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration and feedback sessions for call center agents.
  • Provides actionable data to internal support groups as required.
  • Provides feedback to team leaders and managers.
  • Create Schedule for call center agents
  • Communicate and track workforce management issues to management, as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
