Job Description

  • Participate in system migration, implementation projects to enhance the team's efficiency
  • Focus and implement process and procedure on customer communication to monitor and maintain the effectiveness of customer communication.
  • Update and maintain help center articles to ensure better customer experience
  • Monitor help center performance, implement solutions and enhance our customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Align with team members to update information and updated SOPs
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
