- Participate in system migration, implementation projects to enhance the team's efficiency
- Focus and implement process and procedure on customer communication to monitor and maintain the effectiveness of customer communication.
- Update and maintain help center articles to ensure better customer experience
- Monitor help center performance, implement solutions and enhance our customer experience and satisfaction.
- Align with team members to update information and updated SOPs
- Perform other tasks as assigned
