Outsourced is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Manila, Philippines that provides dedicated full time remote staff and offshore staffing services to foreign companies of all sizes.

We have 300 staff and are aiming to grow to 500 staff within the next 2 years. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for winning new international business clients who will hire additional staff via our dedicated offshore staffing services.

Job Description

Team Leader Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day functions of team members and go above and beyond to resolve issues and create efficiency
  • Structure and monitor the team's daily workload ensuring deadlines are met and providing assistance as needed
  • Coach and mentor team members to address issues and for continued development
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting performance reviews.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
  • 4 years of relevant working experience in BPO--preferably 2 years as Team Lead, or other related positions
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership, oral, written, presentation and analytical skills at the supervisory level.
  • Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and promote continuous improvement.
  • Ability to understand and execute policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience of strong interpersonal skills and successful communication with upper management, executives and clients
