Customer Success Engineer
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help clients navigate technical challenges and implement solutions successfully. In this fully-remote role, you’ll be working with clients regularly over email support to discover how best to meet their needs. The ideal candidate is a friendly problem solver with a passion for helping customers and a drive to put that passion to use for customer success. If you're experienced at customer success and seeking more engaging work alongside a variety of customers and technologies, this role may be for you!
- Answer customer emails and provide technical guidance on how to resolve their issue
- Reproduce customer issues and proactively look for technical solutions
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary
- Troubleshoot and debug product issues
- Interact with customers via email and occasionally via screen share
- Solid SaaS skills and previous experience on supporting SaaS products
- Ability to interpret client asks and translate into simple solutions
- Experience working with a variety of marketing technologies
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
