Lennor Metier is hiring for a Customer Success Manager to join a global technology company.
What To Expect From The Role
- Working with clients to develop and implement a rollout strategy
- Communicating to customers a vision, strategy, and plans
- Collaborating with Account Executives, Product Teams, and Support Teams to discover the best solution for our customers
- Driving adoption, retention, and advocacy of flagship software
- Putting solutions in place, training customers, and overseeing customer programs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Intercom systems
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points, and take action
- With a background in leveraging data through a variety of tools to inform and execute strategies that encourage product adoption.
- Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate up and down an organization underpinned by outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Location: Makati City
Setup: WFH temporary but must be flexible for Hybrid
Shift: Flexible Shift
Salary: up to 35k
