Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding new customers
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Help in improving onboarding processes of customers
  • Assist in designing and improving user documentation, tutorials, and other communication material
  • Mediate between clients and the organization
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely manner using Freshdesk
  • Minimize customer churn through proactive support and maintaining strong working relationships with all customers
  • Aid in product design and product development, acting as an advocate for customer needs
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Liaise with QA and Developers team to assist

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Infomation Technology, Marketing or any equivalent
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • With a proven track record in marketing and customer technical support
  • Strong analytical skills to easily evaluate client’s needs and make recommendations Shows a high level of competency through technical understanding
  • Persuasive, and influential written and verbal communication skills
  • Articulate and confident demonstration skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude and professionalism
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude
  • Preferably can read and write SQL scripts
