Shaman is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the APAC region to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting our clients with a wide variety of tasks, ranging from consulting, overseeing onboarding to organising activities to improve adoption. We are looking for a curious, independent and responsible Customer Success Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment.
As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible to drive and improve the adoption/ usage of our platform for a number of b2b user teams. You manage the relationship with these teams, monitor adoption, proactively suggest and organise activities to drive adoption and uncover commercial opportunities. You have strong relationship building skills and become a trusted point of contact for our customers.
