SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Generally responsible to clients/accounts assigned and renders share of expertise as support to Customer Success Team.

Job Functions

Customer -Related and Business Operations Activities

  • Build existing Clients portfolios with added Remote Contractors via backorders
  • Thoroughly explain our business platform and negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Follow up on all enquiries from existing Clients and Remote Contractors within 1-2 business days via VIPO, Zoom, Skype and email.
  • Appropriately match Remote Contractors talent with existing Clients
  • Set existing Clients and Remote Contractors expectations in accordance with Company’s terms and conditions
  • All new orders need to be completed in full detail and shared with Company’s recruitment team
  • Pre-screen all potential Remote Contractors and facilitate interviews between the Client and Remote Worker
  • Take on any new leads with a request to increase their team to over 3 staff
  • Step in for the Team Leader in his/her absence
  • Address any ‘urgent’ matters only when a senior or junior AM is absent

Administrative Activities

  • Appropriately registering Client and Remote Contractors details in BullHorn
  • Keep clear and detailed notes of all conversations with Clients and Remote Contractors
  • Onboarding new Remote Contractors via all Company's platforms
  • Monitoring Remote Contractors contracted hours and making sure they are meeting them
  • Weekly health checks with new Clients and Remote Contractors for the first month, followed by health checks every 3 months for the term of the contract
  • Managing a live portfolio of 50 Remote Contractors Work with the Remote Staff Compliance team each day to monitor Remote Contractors attendance
  • Prepare and sendComapny's Terms and Conditions

Requirements JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Have at least 1 year work-related experience

POSSESS STRONG ATTRIBUTES ON THE FOLLOWING

  • SOLUTIONS SELLING VERY EXPERIENCED in Account Management and Customer Relationship Management
  • With exposure to IT Services.
  • With Excellent ENGLISH communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Communication skills across external and internal customers
  • Build rapport with Clients
  • Analytical mind and strong problem solving skills
  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction
