This is a remote position.

As a Demand Sales Manager, you are an experienced individual with direct advertiser clients and agency contacts and have good knowledge of the digital advertising landscape. You will leverage AdSparc’s suite of solutions to establish new business in the Philippine market. You are also responsible for the long-term development of business relationships with executives at agencies and global agency headquarters in the SEA region to engage with the day-to-day execution teams at these agencies and advertisers.

You will identify, source, pitch, define, negotiate, close and manage digital advertising revenue for AdSparc from direct advertisers and agencies for AdSparc in the Philippines. You will act as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, working to educate businesses about AdSparc’s offerings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build awareness and adoption of the company’s unique ad inventory offering with advertisers and agencies through client presentations, conference attendance and direct sales.
  • This role combines new business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship management with a much heavier emphasis on new business development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Engage with senior advertiser executives to support sales team efforts and drive deal growth.

Job Requirements

Experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record in both programmatic and managed service (PMP’s/PG’s) type deals. Having in-app experience is a plus. You are data-driven with a proven approach to breaking new business and reliably growing existing accounts.

  • Selling publisher focused unique ad products to agencies/advertisers a bonus
  • Loves the fundamentals of sales, measuring what works, and being in front of potential clients
  • You have an eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing
  • You are a self-starter that loves the autonomy that comes with working remotely
  • You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship with AdSparc
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort with executive-level interaction
