Resolve issues that occur outside work hours whenever needed.
Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager or Management.
Qualifications & Experience
ITE/Diploma in Information Technology from recognized institutes. Â
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role for about 1-2 years. Â
Understood the FSI fast pace culture. Â
Experience in financial application like Bloomberg (Installation and troubleshooting) - Training provided as well Â
Experience in support of Avaya phone system (sometimes we need reset the phone or deploy new phone) - Will provide manual and training. Â
Provide support of general IT request like VC connectivity/ Mobile Email Activation. Â
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing. Â
Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques. Â
Ability to plan and prioritize workload without supervision. Â
Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure Â
Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practice. Â
Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm.
