¢ Conceptualize, develops and executes digital marketing campaigns to ensure the growth and sustainability of the business
â¢ Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
â¢ Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
â¢ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
â¢ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
â¢ Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
â¢ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and user touch points
â¢ Bachelor Degree
â¢ At least 1-2 years of digital marketing experience with a successful track record in planning an integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns.
â¢ Experienced in both creative and promotional copy-writing
â¢ Excellent command of English.
â¢ Familiar with Mailerlite
â¢ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
â¢ Up-to-date and enthusiastic about the latest trends and best practices of social media platforms and content
â¢ Resourceful and creative in coming up with ideas that complements different channels to reach, engage and grow the 42Race community
â¢ Highly detail-oriented to ensure the quality of all marketing material and communications
