Understanding human psychology and staying up-to-date with digital market trends
Strong technical skills with a bit of creative mindset to effectively oversee content, media buying and chatbot marketing activities
Well versed with the nature/ difference of different digital platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
Degree in marketing, business communication or other related field, with more than 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Good communication skill in English and Myanmar
Understand consumer behaviours, capable of conducting research and analysis, a keen manager with both consumer and commercial market knowledge and excellent brand management.
Deep understanding and insight on digital framework, managing in Myanmar market. Experience in developing digital framework, managing brand site, social mediam and e-commercem, execting plans and managing online marketing vendors (i.e. media agency , and content production house).
Ability to lead and influence at all levels across the organization.
Team management and leadership.
Have experience in PR, creative content creation (PR article, brand article, product article and event article etc.)
