The Digital Specialist/Manager aims to build and develop CANAL+ Digital Communication platforms and its strategies & supervise the Digital Team.
Deep understand the market strategy of organization and to initiate the effective digital marketing campaigns and optimization of digital campaigns with a view towards driving new subscriptions.
Develop and manage projects and team member, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
Drive day -to-day operation of CANAL+ Digital Communication platform such as Facebook, CANAL+ website, CANAL+ Youtube Channel, Viber etc.
Working closely with Agency to launch optimized online media advertisement to increase company and campaign awareness
Support storytelling to create a dynamic, engaging, and authentic brand experience that successfully reflects the spirit of CANAL+’s mission
Lead details analyses of digital marketing campaigns performance/effectiveness, analyze and evaluate the results including segmentation, creative targeting and develop upcoming effective campaigns based on market trends
4+ years’ experience in digital media, managing campaigns including planning and implementation
Proven experience in digital marketing field in either agency or corporate side
Knowledge in key areas of Digital marketing (Social Media, Online Media, SEO, Youtube)
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concept & best practices
Analytical mindset & critical thinking
Understanding of digital media data and ability to build actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
