Job Description
Lead ShopExpress* teams in Yangon City to sustain business growth and improve operations efficiency. (* ShopExpress is our internal delivery service operating in several cities in Myanmar)
- Manage ShopEx network in Yangon City (4 hubs, around 30 employees) including regional hub managers and their teams (identify & plan needs, give objectives, debrief KPIs, manage the attendance)
- Plan and anticipate resources to maintain an efficient on-ground activity and accommodate high volumes during campaigns
- Improve ShopEx KPIs in Yangon City (Success Rate, Lead-time, Productivity, Losses and backlogs)
- Join performance review calls to debrief performance and propose action plans (daily 6pm call, Daraz weekly regional call, monthly reviews)
- Collaborate with other departments to run the operations (Seller Support, Transport, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Commercial)
- Collaborate with project managers and central team experts to implement projects and improve processes
- Ensure SOP compliance across ShopEx operations
- Improve team efficiency with lean management and 5S methodology on ground
Requirements
- Any post graduate or Diploma in Logistics
- Successful working experience greater than 2 years in the same company
- Relevant experience in Logistics and deliveries (E-Commerce is a plus)
- Successful experience in management and leading a team
- Strong technical skills, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint and Google Drive
- Ability to follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Very good level in English (spoken and written)
- Understand the Ecommerce Logistic process
