ABOUT YOU

• Directly managed operations or customer service for a brand between $5M and $25M
• 2 to 3 years direct experience with eCommerce, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and listing management
• Proactive and detail oriented, developing workflows and standardizing best practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service, Finance, Operations, or Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Partner with our team and the CEO to manage projects related to operations and customer service
• Maintain our web platforms, Amazon listings, Shopify product pages, Walmart, and eBay sites
• Drive 10% top line growth through excellence in brand and customer experience by year one
• Full-time, remote work from home, free product, and more+
• Starting at PHP 60,000 per month
